Acceptable Use Policy

What you must not do with Leviro Toolbay, the limits that keep it fast for everyone, and what happens if the rules are broken.

Effective

Scope

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone using Leviro Toolbay, with or without an account. It covers what you submit to the tools, what you generate with them, and how you behave towards the service and other people.

Leviro Toolbay is operated from Egypt. Using the service to do something unlawful where you are, or where the people affected are, breaks this policy even if it is lawful somewhere else.

Do not use Leviro Toolbay to

  • Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
  • Process content you have no right to process — including other people's documents, identity papers, or personal data.
  • Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property, or remove or forge attribution, watermarks, or signatures.
  • Create or distribute malware, phishing pages, fraudulent invoices, fake certificates, or forged signatures.
  • Commit or facilitate fraud, including generating fake receipts, proof of payment, shipping documents, or business records to deceive a person, a merchant, a bank, or a payment provider.
  • Handle stolen, leaked, or unlawfully obtained data of any kind, including card numbers, bank credentials, and account databases.
  • Launder money, evade sanctions, or disguise the origin of funds.
  • Impersonate a person, business, or authority — including using the certificate, signature, invoice, proposal, and document generators to fabricate credentials, qualifications, or records.
  • Produce or process content that sexually exploits or endangers children. We report this to the relevant authorities without exception.
  • Produce sexually explicit material, content that incites violence or hatred, or content that harasses, threatens, or defames people.
  • Market or facilitate regulated or prohibited goods and services — including weapons, illegal drugs, prescription medicines without authorisation, gambling, and counterfeit products.
  • Point a dynamic QR code or link page at malware, phishing, or content that violates this policy — including changing the destination to such content after the code has been shared.
  • Send bulk unsolicited messages, or use the email and phone validators to clean lists you obtained without consent.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share your account, your credits, or Pro tool access with anyone else.

Do not attack the service or anyone else

  • Do not probe, scan, or attempt to reach internal or private network addresses through any tool that fetches a URL on your behalf. Our fetchers validate every redirect hop and refuse private, loopback, link-local, and cloud-metadata targets; deliberately trying to defeat that is a breach of this policy.
  • Do not attempt to access another user's account, files, download links, or records.
  • Do not upload files crafted to exploit or exhaust our processors — decompression bombs, malformed or polyglot documents, or files designed to hang an image, PDF, OCR, or spreadsheet library.
  • Do not bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, concurrency limits, size limits, credit checks, or free-quota accounting, including by running parallel requests to race them.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to multiply free weekly quotas, trial credits, or referral rewards.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or rebrand the service, or run automated traffic against it beyond normal interactive use.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate an AI feature into ignoring its instructions, or embed hidden instructions in uploaded files.

Good-faith security research is welcome. Report what you find privately to [email protected] before disclosing it, do not access or modify other people's data while testing, and do not run denial-of-service or load tests against production.

Limits that apply to everyone

To keep the service stable we apply, and may adjust without notice:

  • Per-IP request rate limits on public endpoints, and tighter limits on registration, sign-in, password reset, and verification.
  • Per-user rate limits on paid and cloud features.
  • Per-tool file size limits, and page, row, and duration caps.
  • Concurrency limits on heavy processing — both per account and across the platform — and daily caps on some metered work such as PDF pages.
  • A maximum job size that applies regardless of how many credits you hold.

Hitting a limit is not a penalty — you will get a clear error and can retry later or split the work. You are not charged for a run that a limit refuses.

Enforcement

We act on reports, on review, and when our own limits and abuse signals flag an account. We do not screen or moderate generated content automatically, so a breach is usually found because someone tells us — which is why reporting matters.

Depending on how serious and how deliberate a breach is, we may throttle the account, remove offending content, disable a dynamic QR code or link page, reverse credits obtained through abuse, suspend the account, or close it permanently. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Where it is reasonable and safe, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to respond. Every suspension is applied by a person and recorded with a reason. Credits removed because of abuse are not refundable.

Reporting abuse

If you have received a phishing link, a fake certificate, a fraudulent invoice, or any other content produced or hosted through Leviro Toolbay, report it to [email protected]. Include the link or certificate serial so we can act quickly.

We aim to acknowledge an abuse report within one working day and to disable clearly malicious content as soon as we have confirmed it.
