Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Leviro Toolbay ("Leviro Toolbay", "we", "us"), the service operator. Leviro Toolbay is an online toolkit offered under the Leviro brand and operated from Egypt.

By using the site — with or without an account — you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. The Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Data Retention and Deletion Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the AI Processing Disclosure form part of this agreement.

• You must give an email address you control, and keep it accurate.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
• One person, one account. Do not create additional accounts to obtain more free weekly quota, referral rewards, or trial credits.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You can review your active sessions and end any of them from your account.

Your use of the service is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: do not use Leviro Toolbay to break the law, to harm other people, or to attack our infrastructure or anyone else's.

Leviro Toolbay sells access to online software. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

• Browser-based tools are free and require no account.
• Some cloud tools include a number of free runs per rolling 7-day window. When that allowance is used up, the tool charges credits.
• Credits are prepaid, non-transferable usage units used only to consume paid Leviro Toolbay processing features. They are a licence to use the service, not money, and not a security. They carry no cash value, they cannot be withdrawn, they cannot be transferred between users or accounts, they cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and they cannot be used outside Leviro Toolbay.
• A subscription plan grants a monthly credit allowance plus higher operating limits: larger jobs, more jobs running at once, a longer run history, and more active dynamic QR codes.

The credit cost of each feature is shown before you run it and may be adjusted over time. Changes take effect going forward, never retroactively on runs you have already paid for. Some features are metered: they quote an exact cost based on the actual work — for example the number of PDF pages — reserve that amount, and return the unused part when the job finishes for less.

• All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD).
• Prices are shown on the Pricing page and on each Pro tool before you run it.
• Leviro Toolbay currently holds no VAT or sales-tax registration and no tax identification number, and does not itself calculate or collect transaction tax.
• That is not a statement that your purchase is tax-free. Any handling of applicable transaction taxes — VAT, GST, sales tax, or equivalent — depends on the payment method, the tax treatment configured for the transaction, your location, and applicable law. No payment-processing role by itself means that the provider universally calculates, collects, or remits those taxes.
• Any such tax is disclosed before you settle the payment, and the total you are asked to approve is the total you are charged.
• You are responsible for any duty, bank charge, or currency-conversion fee your own bank, card issuer, or jurisdiction applies to a payment.
• We may change prices, plans, and credit allowances. A change never alters the cost of a run you have already paid for, and never reduces a credit balance you have already bought.

Automated card checkout is not live yet. Credit purchases and subscriptions are currently settled manually: you create an order in your account, arrange payment with us off-platform, and an administrator credits your balance once the payment is confirmed. Every settlement is recorded against a payment reference in an append-only ledger you can see in your account.

Because settlement is a manual step, paid access is offered to a limited group during the beta, and prices, plans, and credit allowances may change while we validate them. Free browser tools remain open to everyone.

We do not collect, process, or store card numbers, card security codes, or bank credentials, and no part of this site asks for them.

• Credits are delivered to your account balance as soon as a payment is confirmed, and are usable immediately.
• During the manual beta, confirmation depends on us verifying the transfer. We aim to do this within one working day of receiving proof of payment.
• Subscription benefits — the higher limits — apply as soon as the plan is activated on your account.
• You can confirm delivery at any time: the balance and the ledger entry appear in your account.
• If a payment is confirmed and the credits do not appear, contact us and we will correct the balance.

• A subscription runs for one month at a time. While payments are manual, a plan does not auto-renew by taking money from you — no payment instrument is stored, and each period is arranged with you before it starts. There is nothing that can charge you without your action.
• Cancel by telling us before the next period begins, from your account or by email. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the period that is already running or any earlier period.
• Your benefits continue until the end of the paid period. What ends then are the higher limits — job size, concurrent jobs, history window, and active dynamic QR codes.
• Cancelling never takes credits away. Purchased credits never expire, unused monthly credits roll over to the next cycle, and every credit on your balance stays yours and remains available for future Toolbay tool runs.
• Upgrading applies immediately and grants the extra credits straight away. Downgrading applies at the end of the current period, so you keep what you already paid for.

Credits are returned to your balance automatically when a paid run fails — the platform reverses the charge, no support request needed. That is a credit reversal, not a money refund.

Payments themselves are generally final and non-refundable once credits or service access have been delivered, because delivery is immediate and the balance is usable at once. Money is returned only for a duplicate or incorrect charge, a verified unauthorised transaction, a material technical failure on our side that prevents use of what you bought and that we cannot fix in a reasonable period, where mandatory consumer law requires it, or where our payment provider decides or requires it under its applicable payment or buyer-protection rules. The Refund Policy sets this out in full.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank can. Opening a dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in the account being suspended while the matter is investigated. Where consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights than this agreement, those rights apply.

You keep all rights to the files, text, and other content you put into Leviro Toolbay. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us only the narrow, temporary permission needed to run the tool you asked for: to receive your content, process it (including sending it to Google Gemini where the tool is AI-powered and says so), and return the result to you. We do not use your content to train models, we do not authorise our providers to train on it, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond producing your result.

You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit — including any personal data about other people contained in a document you upload.

AI-powered features produce estimates and drafts, not verified facts. Transcriptions, translations, OCR text, résumé scores, and generated copy can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Review every AI result before relying on it, and never treat it as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

The résumé compatibility score is our own estimate. It does not reproduce, simulate, or predict the behaviour of any specific employer's applicant-tracking system.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee, and during the beta you should expect occasional interruptions. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn. We may apply rate limits, concurrency limits, file-size limits, and job-size limits to keep the service stable for everyone.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

The Leviro and Leviro Toolbay names, the interface, the design, and the code are ours. These terms do not give you a licence to copy, resell, sublicense, or rebrand the service. Output you generate with the tools from your own input is yours to use freely.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that abuses free quotas or referral rewards, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable and safe to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. A suspension is applied by a person and is recorded with a reason.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. Unused credits are not refundable on closure unless the Refund Policy says otherwise, and credits removed because of abuse are not refundable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or the results of relying on AI output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Keep your own copies of important files. Generated files are deleted automatically within minutes and cannot be recovered.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Nothing in this section removes a mandatory right you have under the consumer law of your own country.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
