Which timezone does the countdown use?

A datetime-local value is interpreted in the timezone of the device opening the page. The shared URL does not include an explicit IANA timezone or UTC offset.

Will two people in different timezones see the same deadline?

Not necessarily. Because the shared value has no timezone, each browser interprets the same clock reading locally. Use a separate timezone-aware meeting tool when one global instant matters.

What happens after the target time?

The counters stop at zero and the page shows the finished state. It does not count upward from the event or send a notification.

Is the event saved in the browser?

No. It remains in the current component state unless you use the share link, which carries the name and target in its query parameters.
