Finish file and everyday tasks in one place
96 of the 102 free tools run in your browser, so your files and input stay on this device. Every tool is labelled Local or Cloud, with its price shown before you open it.
Popular tools
6 toolsSix jobs people arrive already wanting to do. The dot on each row says where the work happens.
Every category, and what is inside it
10 categoriesEach row names three of its tools, so you can go straight to one instead of opening a category to find out what it holds.
What you can count on
Three things that are true of all 127 tools, and checkable rather than claimed.
Fast
96 of the 102 free tools finish without a single network request. Nothing is uploaded, so there is nothing to wait for — and once a tool has been opened it keeps working with no connection at all.
Private
A local tool never sends your file anywhere. The free tools that do use our servers are labelled Cloud on the card before you open them, and what happens to anything they receive is written down rather than implied.
Consistent
One workspace, 127 times — the same panes, the same Local or Cloud label, the same cost shown before the work starts. In Arabic and in English, with Arabic documents keeping their fonts, their filenames and their text direction.
One file, several tools
A tool hands on its result, not your original, so the next step continues the work instead of undoing it. Nothing is re-uploaded in between — for a local tool, nothing was uploaded in the first place.
PDF Studio
Organize, merge, split, and convert PDF files in one workspace.
Image Optimizer
Resize, convert, compress, and clean up photos before you share them.
QR & Barcode Studio
QR codes for links, Wi-Fi, and contacts, plus barcodes — one shared design.
Markdown Studio
Preview, convert, and clean up Markdown and HTML in one place.
Resume Studio
Build a CV, check it against job ads, and write the cover letter.
Data Cleanup Studio
Clean spreadsheet columns and verify email addresses and phone numbers.
Social Post Studio
Design social media posts and quote cards ready to share.
Pro
25 toolsThe work a browser tab cannot do: bigger files, longer jobs, and the tools that need a server or a model. Paid with credits, or with a plan when the work is regular — priced before it starts either way.
Batch
Clean and deduplicate a spreadsheet, then validate a whole column of email addresses or phone numbers in one pass. Large jobs are measured and quoted before they run.
Past browser limits
Merge, split and render PDFs too large for a tab to hold, run OCR in Arabic or English, and translate a DOCX while keeping its formatting. Work that takes minutes is queued, so the page is never held open waiting for it.
A record that stays
The freelancer workspace keeps clients, projects, tracked hours and invoices together, and exports the lot. Dynamic QR codes keep their campaigns and scan history, and their destination can be changed after printing.
Cloud and AI
Background removal, image enlargement, transcription, cover letters and CV compatibility checks — the tools that need a model rather than a browser. What AI is used for here, and what it is not, is written down.
- The cost is shown before the work starts, and a large job is measured rather than estimated.
- A job that fails does not keep your credits. The reversal is automatic, including for queued work.
How this is built
No certifications, no customer logos and no uptime chart — none of those exist yet. What does exist is the behaviour underneath, and it is worth stating plainly.
Security
- Programmatic access
- An API key can reach a route only once that route declares a scope, so a new endpoint starts unreachable rather than accidentally open. Keys cannot change a password, buy credits, or create another key.
- Key storage
- A key secret is 32 random bytes, stored only as a SHA-256 digest, shown once at creation and compared in constant time. Unknown, wrong, revoked and expired keys all answer identically.
- Startup audit
- The API refuses to boot in production on a placeholder secret, a wildcard CORS origin, insecure cookies, or a localhost public URL. Outside production the same findings print as warnings.
Privacy
- Local tools
- 96 of the 102 free tools never open a network connection with your file. There is no upload to delete afterwards because there was no upload.
- Studio hand-offs
- A file or a column of data moving between studio tabs is held in memory and deliberately never written to storage, so a large document or a list of customer addresses does not land on the disk of whatever machine you used. The trade is that a hand-off does not survive a reload, and the banner says so.
- Queued work
- A file waiting for a queued job is the one place an upload outlives its request. It sits under a 30-minute expiry in a directory nothing serves, and the handler deletes it on success. The retention policy names this rather than glossing it.
Reliability
- Failed work
- A credit deduction is reversed when the work throws, and queued jobs settle their own charge in the same write that records the failure — so a cancelled or abandoned job cannot leave a charge behind.
- Backups
- The backup and restore path is exercised by the test suite, not just documented: it seeds a database, backs it up, drops it, restores it, and asserts the types and unique indexes survived the round trip.
- When something breaks
- Every response carries a correlation id, server faults are recorded with user content stripped out first, and no stack trace reaches the browser.
Leviro Toolbay is in beta: tools, limits and pricing can still change.
