- Why does the result show years, months, weeks, and days?
- The calendar-age line borrows across month boundaries to show completed years and months, then expresses the remaining days as weeks and days. Separate totals show elapsed time in single units.
- How are leap years handled?
- The calculation uses browser date arithmetic, so February lengths and leap years are included when validating the date and measuring elapsed days.
- Can I enter a future or impossible birth date?
- No result is produced for a future date or an invalid calendar date such as 30 February. The page asks you to correct it.
