About the timezone planner

Enter a meeting date and time in one timezone, then add zones to see the corresponding local times. The tool also shows a live clock for each added zone. Daylight-saving offsets come from the browser’s timezone data; nothing is sent to a server.

How to use Timezone Meeting Planner

  1. 1Choose the meeting date, time, and the timezone in which that time was entered.
  2. 2Add the timezones you want to compare.
  3. 3Read the equivalent meeting time and live clock for each selected zone.

Frequently asked questions

Does the planner account for daylight-saving time?
Yes. It converts the selected date through the browser’s IANA timezone data, so the offset is based on that date rather than today’s offset.
What does “In this timezone” mean?
It identifies the timezone of the date and clock time you entered. Every listed result represents that same instant elsewhere.
Why can some local times be ambiguous?
When clocks move backward, one wall-clock time can occur twice; when they move forward, some times do not occur. Confirm critical meetings around DST transitions.
